This thread is for C3 users to report any bugs after lollipop, before you do so, try the following:

If your battery drain faster or the phone seems slower or apps are crashing, it'll be wise to reinstall lollipop with PCC

even better if you update deleting all the apps and settings, keep in mind that by doing so, you can not use the backup & restore app to restore anything.

Because of the limited RAM (1GB) the C3 won't get multi user support

I am having a problem in calling whenever I am rejecting a call after that I am calling someone their is no option popping up of sim one or sim two and another problem is that when I am updating Facebook it's restarting my phone I have tried everything but it's not got solved even I have updated my device from services centre but it's not solved

If the 5.1 update doesn't fix it, I'll start installing CyanogenMod 12.1. Someone finally started development and anything would be an improvement especially when no news comes to us consumers from the company developers.

after purchasing c3 its a dream comes true!!

but now its turning to be a worst nightmare

after taking pics from rear cam after 2 months pics start to look grainny when zoomed looks more like cheap vga cams .front cam was grt .I constantly update my phone to the latest specs when a notification arrives in it.

Now after upgrading it to lollypop it detoriated even further rear cam is pathetic front cam pics was not up to the mark,apps crashes very often . Recently it is on NEOSA ELECTRONICS RSHBEHARI cz it is restarting frequently the service center executive told me it will took 5 days more..and cam problem will solve after update to 5.1.1 .

SONY PLZ SHEAD SOME LIGHT INTO THIS ISSUE AND MAKE ALL C3 USERS COMPLAIN FREE .

Last time you told me to update my android lollypop version from Sony PC companion... But it haven't resolved the issue... My phine stil lags a lot... Even my network connection are hampered due to this... Walkman player keeps crashing down... Please look into this asap

Hello i would like to ask how i gonna fix this
My xperia c3 dual 5.0.2 lolli
No media sounds
If i go to settings >sound & notification and. Control media volume go low or max the volume nothing happen no sounds but it alarm and ring volume had sounds

I cant hear sounds in music player YouTube video thru loudspeaker
But i can hear notification like new msg fb etc.
If calls i cant hear in ear piece u need to loudspeak to hear

I try repair thru PCC nothing happen
Please help me
