Due to this being an international forum and release dates and pre-orders vary from region to region I would advise contacting your Local support for further help

Tried many countries with Pre-orders (mainly UK and Germany) just to make sure, no stock to all of them.

No they haven't, they shut down consumer side to concentrate on B2B

As a distributor, all the manufacturers have a B2B relationship with them. No change at all.

Samsung, as well as 80% other brands also use expansys.
