My XZ powers off on its own!

I've been using XZ for 3 months and I've experienced this issue for 4 times! It happened 2 times in the night and 2 in the day time. And more over,  power switch doesn't respond when I try to power it on then I had to force start (pushing power switch and volume key at the same time). What is the problem with my XZ?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'm afraid it can be quite hard to trouble shoot this when the behavior of your phone is this inconsistent. I would recommend that you try a different SIM card with your device if possible. Also if you use a SD card in your device I recommend that you temporarily remove it.

You can also reboot your device to safe mode to see if this is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
