I am Dr Nehal Chandra and i recently purchased a Sony xperia xv\ult\ds\w from aarvee computers unit no S20 alphaone mall, near vastrapur lake , vastrapur ahemdabad 380054.
I bought this phone on 17/04/2017 and since then it has been giving a lot of problems. I complained about this to the seller and he replied that the entire lot was bad and he cant do anything about it. He has promised to fix it but it is still in very bad shape, despite him fixing it three times and a lot of time wasted on my end.
I am planning to take very stringent action if something is not done about this and write very strong mails to everyone in your organization, social media, consumer helplines and courts. I am fed up with inaction.

I have all the original bills. Also the phone has no scratches and not ever mishandled by me. It is a device fault , that i cant even hear the other person clearly speak on the phone. The microphone and the sound are completely in a state of mess. The basic feature of talking to anothe person doesnt work properly
Please take this complaint with seriousness as i am highly irritated by such poor quality of service and bad phone sale to me. Please advise future course of action. And fix my phone or provide me a new one.
