Extra Bass Headphones not received with phone

I recieved delivary of my Sony Experia XZ on a new contract from MTN-SA... The Extra Bass Headphones were not delivered with the new phone and this is tatamount to false advertising... Not at all impressed and will be using my five days to cancell the contract.
