Android OS using 1,4 GB RAM, is this an issue?

Android OS is taking up half of my RAM usage, I wonder if this is an issue and hoping someone could clarify what's going on? 

 And if it helps, my XZ is running Android 7.0, build number 39.2.A.0.417.

It's fine, mines on 1.3gb and no issues here.

Mine uses approx 1GB with Marshmallow.
