So disapointed with my TZ-21MN

I've bought a ultra portable TZ21MN and I'm really not happy about performances (4,5 minutes before start, until 10 minutes to restart etc, a lot of bugs?? ).
Do you know if it's normal?
Is it may be a solution to upgrade the computer (processor 1,06 and 1024 RAM "only")

You yourself can upgrade the RAM fairly easily, processor is a bit more difficult and I would suggest getting it proffesionally done if you've never done it before.
