cannot login e-support

one session terminated due to long time without action, but when try to log in again, it always redirect to page showing that

"Your session has expired
You are not logged in anymore.
Please log in via the Portal. "

it's totally useless to login again since it always to go this page.

Deeply appreciate any advise.
