I own a Sony VAIO VGN-T2XP/S and the installed WIn XP since 2005. I have been using the inbuilt memory stick reader without problems.
Now I tried to use the reader for the first time in 2 months, but it just will not show up in "My Computer" when I insert the memory stick. It shows the drive although and the device manager says the device is working properly.
I have reinstalled the driver for the memory stick device without success. The memory stick card is working ok as I have been using in my camera without any problems.
I am still using windows xp.
What might have happened?
Can you tech-guys out there help me ?
