Dead Vaio -

My 10 month old Ar51 M is Dead, no power on it but the adapter is fine with Green light! no power on it at all! Any ideas or should i call the suppoert center which tells me my vaio cannot be found and drops the call on me! quite extraordinary!

Try this...

Unplug the power supply and remove the cable and all connected devices from your Vaio, then remove the battery.

Once done press and hold down power button for a full 30 seconds, then replace the battery and then plug in power cord. Once completed turn the laptop on..
