Adapter for my VGN-FS115E to use in Dominican Republic

Hey

I am going to dominican republic for 6 months and would like to take my laptop.
I currently have an oldish laptop - VGN-FS115E.

The dom rep voltage is the same as America so 110 volts 5oHz
Any ideas?

Hi rachy and welcome to Club Vaio.

Your Vaio should work in the Dominican Republic. All you will need is a plug adapter to fit the USA/Canada type of socket.

If you look at your Sony Power Adapter, you will see it works normally for any voltage between 100volts and 240volts and between 50Hz and 60Hz.
