Xperia C3 / C3 Dual Lollipop Issues and Feedback

This thread is for C3 users to report any bugs after lollipop, before you do so, try the following:

If your battery drain faster or the phone seems slower or apps are crashing, it'll be wise to reinstall lollipop with PCC

even better if you update deleting all the apps and settings, keep in mind that by doing so, you can not use the backup & restore app to restore anything.

Because of the limited RAM (1GB) the C3 won't get multi user support

http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-C3-C3-Dual/Want-multi-user-support-for-xperia-c3/m-p/987647/hig...

"The reason for that multi user functionality has not been implemented is the amount of RAM (1GB) so i'm afraid this feature is not supported on this phone. "

This thread it's not to ask when is the update going to be released in your country and/or carrier network. you can read about it here

@Basil-143

Run PCC > Support Zone > update > repair

Make sure to charge the phone to at least 60%

Just upgraded to Lollipop with my Xperia C3 and the result is an absolute disaster: phone is super slow, have difficulties even picking up calls! Camera is horrendous, takes ages to move from one page to the next, switch between applications... The phone has become almost completly useless.

From researching on web, seems everybody is having the same issue with Lollipop, which is an absolute piece of crap.

How can I get rid of it?!?!?! I am on a Mac and desperate to get back to Kit Kat....

You have 2 options

1. contact your local Xperia care

or

2. use flashtool

As of now:

- occasional issues with calendar (see my other topic with screenshots),

- occasional issues with wifi- it show "authentication problems" when trying to reconnect to previosly saved AP and I have to tap - Connect (manually)

- mail: when reading and  deleting messages on the phone (exchnange accounts)- it shows UNread (but deleted) on Outlook

- incorrect memory usage (I think)- talking on the phone and running Chrome at the same time slowing down system a LOT. I have to kill all (previously opened) apps except Phone/ Talk to make sure that phone will be stable and not disconnect conversation.

I've just found a new bug,

The stamina mode is not working in lollipop update. The wifi or data keep working even if the screen is off.

Don't tell me to pcc or reset. already done!
