This thread is for C3 users to report any bugs after lollipop, before you do so, try the following:

If your battery drain faster or the phone seems slower or apps are crashing, it'll be wise to reinstall lollipop with PCC

even better if you update deleting all the apps and settings, keep in mind that by doing so, you can not use the backup & restore app to restore anything.

Because of the limited RAM (1GB) the C3 won't get multi user support

Positive: 1. More free ram  2. Better UI 3. No battery drain

Negative: 1. Front cam bug 2. No multi user

Use ur front camera in HDR mode with flash on and u will get clear pic even in low light

Have you guys tested other camera apps like camera 360 to capture selfies? Does this problem with front camera also exisits in other third party apps like camera 360?

Yes, problem exists in most of other third party apps including camera 360.

After updating to lollipop 🍭 on my Sony Xperia c3 dual.... The front camera does not snap clear picture.... It sometimes makes the picture so brighten Or darken... So what should I do..??

I have no problems, beacuse i dont do a WIFI update, y do a clean flashing install, my only problem was the FRONT AND REAR CAMERA, but i have a temporaly solution for both CAMERA FV-5 (te paid one lol ) whit that i can take a perfect front selfie shot whitout black exposures, and i can fix the LOST DETAIL IN BACK CAMERA whit the instruction follow, i guess official camera of SONY have many sharpeness in the JPG compression, thats why the result are so poor, but camera FV-5 allow to change that SHARP=0 (the only problem was you change in every shot because dont save the setings) and the result are AWSOME...see the pictures below for comparizon, and hope this help and sorry for verry bad english

Regarding camera FV-5 for the front cam.

Problem: In low light environment resolution 4:3, the first photo is not bright enough, after that work perfect. 16:9 got the same black exposures as factory camera app.

I can not see your uploaded pics, but thank you very much. You are sharing your solution that is good for the C3 users.

When users talk about front cam problem again, I really hope sony staff ...etc don't come here and tell us to ppc, factory reset........

Really wasting time!!

A few hundreds messages about the front camera bug of lollipop, after three weeks, please don't tell us to ppc ppc ppc................again and again
