However, there is a problem has ocured directly after updates had finished.

Did you try reformatting the card and see if that works. If you need to you can back up any data from the card on a computer or another SD card. It might have something to do with Marshmallow using a different type of storage system for external cards than Lollipop did.

Hi @M_Fekry,

I'm sorry you're having problems with your C4.

Do you happen to have any other SD cards that you can test this with?

Thank you for your kind consideration.

I think the problem is solved now and i am waiting if there is any problem arise.

it solved by removing the SD card while the C4 is turn off after that turn on the phone and  activating ultra STAMINA mode for 5 min then deactivation it (required phone restart) then insert the SD card while the phone is turned off.

I am waiting for more that 90 min and the problem seams to be solved.

i will try to used another 8GB SD card and tell you if the problem repeated again

again thank you for your fast response

i am sorry to tell you that the issue still persists. The mobile freezes then restart with SD card removed.

So. i had to turn it off and turn it on to get SD card mounted. This issue repeated three times in 15 min.

Can i downgrade my mobile to the previous android version?

I tried it and the phone seems to be fine with the same 64GB SD card

Yes,it did.

The C4 has not ejected the 64 GB SD card again since formating it.

Thank you for consideration.
