Can you try and connect the charger while your phone is in safe mode and see if you have the same issue?

I restarted with safe methode but it don't work, always the same problem

Hi @Sofiane93,

When you say you reset the system, do you mean you did a factory reset?

Or did you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion?
