Tubemate videos looses audio when transfered to SD card

Guys, I have tubemate installed on my XZ, and when I have downloaded videos from tubemate and transfer them from the internal storage to my sd card, I only get picture but no sound. Any ideas what as to what I might be doing wrong?

Have you tried communicating with the developers of the application, they would be the best point of contact in regards to these types of issues.

I've got same app and not got the issue mentioned. Have you changed any settings in the audio encoder?

Quick fix is to unintelligible the mp3 converter and then redownload it when prompted in the tubemate app
