Phone won't respond on lock screen

There have been a few times in the past where the touch screen won't respond on the lock screen. I can't swipe, can't use the buttons like for the camera, nothing. I'm forced to restart the phone. It's starting to happen more and more often. It's happened 3 days in a row now. Anyone know what's going on?

it could be an app acting up, you could repair the phone with XC and report back

l'll give that a shot and also try to keep an eye on what apps I was using before.
