I forgot my graphic password and did not active the "my Xperia" service on my XZs, I had followed the step "To repair the device software using Xperia™ Companion" on the official website http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/xperiaxzs/faq/, but it failed during the initialization or repairing stage, how can I solve this?

Hi @Alan1116, sorry to hear this.
Did you receive an error message of some kind when you tried to perform the software repair? It's possible that it was something temporary so if you haven't tried to perform the repair again I recommend that you do so.

Thanks for your suggestion, however I had followed this guide but same message still appeared.
I then called the local support and he told me there might be some compatibility issues between my OS and Sony Companion, so I followed his suggestion to install the software on another PC then tried again, and the reset processs was completed successfully after that.
