Vaio Fit 15E camera quality

I have just tried my camera for the first time on my Vaio fit 15E and the quality seems poor, very grainy and video motion lags. What is the mega pixels of this camera?

It has a 0.92 MP HD web camera powered by "Exmor R for PC" (Resolution: 1280 x 720 pixels).

Thanks, so theres nothing wrong with i,t I suppose the quaility wouldnt be great at less than 1mp. I dont see the point in Sony using a 0.92mp camera surely they could have used a camera with more mp
