Every time when i turn on my bluetooth on my laptop, it comes up with the error message: Bluetooth software license not found. I have rang Sony, but they didnt know what it was, and not much help was available.
I have a screenshot of my desktop:

Hope you guys can help.

Hi kenyon1,
welcome to Club VAIO..
Have you installed any Bluetooth devices/software on your Vaio.?
What Series Vaio do you have and what OS are you using.?
No, i have not installed any bluetooth devices. I have the Sony CR31S/L. It has intergrated bluetooth.
Hi kenyon1,
all I can think of trying at the moment, without resorting to a Vaio System Restore, is re-installing the Bluetooth drivers..
Do you have Bluetooth driver listed in C:\drivers\Bluetooth.?
If not download the Bluetooth Driver for your CR31S using the following link: CR31 Original Bluetooth Driver
Once download extract the files and double click the Setup.exe..
Hopefully this will correct the software licence problem..
