Favourites

Hi, I have an older Bravia and after years I have chosen to set-up favourites now free-view is so full of utter rubbish. That done, I can't find out how to view to view my new favourites channel listings. I do not have a remote with the heart button on it so other info on here does not help. My remote has the number RM-ED045. Please help!
