Hi disabled contacts on my Xpiera how do I restore.

Hi @Stev2, let me see if I can help out here. 

If you have disabled the contacts app, find and tap Settings > Apps > Contacts > Activate, as @nolramlb mentioned. If it is a permission for the contacts app that has been disabled, Find and tap Settings > Apps > Contacts > Permissions > Activate the permission that has been deactivated.
