problem with touch while charging the phone

Hello,

I bought my Sony Xperia L 2 months ago and for the first time when i put the phone charging in any wall socket the touch is going crazy. its so hard to unclock using the pattern because is like if I left the finger of the screen. To avoid this i am charging the phone in my laptop but it is not practical and profitable.I read something similar in this forum but what can i do?

Are you using your original charger?Do you have any optimizing apps that could do this?

I never use another charger. I only use the original one. 

Apps i install dropbox and WhatsApp.... only jajajaj

No. I think with screen protector the problem wont fix when is not charging.

Download sony update service,attempt a repair.

Make sure the socket is properly grounded.

I have seen other cases where the touch screen behaves crazy when phone is connected to a non proper grounded outlet.

ok I will check it, but in case of dont be the fix of the problem, there is something else I can do?

If the socket is not the problem,you have 2 options:download sony update service,repair(it might not help you) or take it into service.

I have several different chargers, some of them make Xperia L touch to go crazy, others have no such effect. The original charger makes it hard to use long taps for me. By the way, several other phones work fine with all of my chargers.

So my advice is to try other chargers and select one which works fine with your xperia.
