I am looking forward to buying my first e-reader.
I buy tech. goods on the premise that they can be easily and safely recycled at the end of their working life.
For example, the notebook that I am using at the moment conforms to the EPEAT 'GOLD' environmental standard.
Which environmental standards does the sony prs-650 comply with?
Many thanks.

Hi Scunnered,
welcome to Questions & Answers..:smileyhappy:
All I can find regarding Readers is that, with all products with CE mark, that meet European directives, in the case of consumer electronics they are disposed of via your local authority, who should ensure it is done correctly.
You may want to check with your local authority on how the deal with electronic product disposal.
