Hi,

I have a dcr dvd 101e camcorder and I have recently purchased hp which has vista. The software that I received with camcorder is Image Mixer. The problem is that when I try to install the software it says that usb driver can not be installed in current version of windows? Is there a solution to this as I feel that I will lose my mind?

Sadly, your camcorder is not supported for use with Vista and Windows7.

You may be able to transfer from the DVD using a USB cable but the only way to retain full functionality is to use a PC running XP.
