xperia c4 touch button not working

Back, Home and Recent touch button not working in my Sony Xperia C4. I have factory Reset Phone, Try in Safe Mode, Repaired with Xperia Companion, remove SD Card, Remove Sim Card, and almost try everything. but buttons are not working. Is it Hardware issue or Software issue?. Please suggest sollution.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Xperia C4.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior after doing a software repair using Xperia Companion, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further trouble shooting and repair.

I'm afraid it's hard to answer why you are experiencing this behavior untill your device has been examined by an authorized service center.
