Xperia C4 not turning ON, when i connect charger showing red LED.

Hi..

I am using Xperia c4.. last week i was updating my phone (System upate).. suddenly it turned it OFF automatically.. and when i tried turn it ON showing Green Android Logo.. noting happened else...

I have ckeched by the service center they refused..as my xperia c4 import from USA (Gifted).

But now when i try to turn it ON there is no response, when i plug it on charger.. red LED showing..and same nothing on the screen.

Is my phone dead.

red led mean battery is delepeted..

try to charge your device using the wallmount charger for 2-3 hours

try to turn on your device by holding volume down and power button at the same time

if still not working, after charging for 2-3 hours connect your device to your PC and run software repair using Xperia Companion

My Phone have the same issue. I' been charing from last two days. No screen  and charging at all.

My phone is not charging despite use of various chargers. The red light is on when i charge though. I have tried everything including holding the volume up and volume dow button with the off/on button. I have also poked the on/off button next to the simcards in vain.  What is the issue?
