i purchased c4 last month and very happy at that moment but next day itself i found the piece is defect as i couldnt get signals and speaker problem as well that was replaced by the shop where i purchased the cell. now i am facing problem with the touch. it is not working and its working aotumatic and deleting changing every thing in my phone. as i was in a remote location now calling someone is also becoming difficult for me and was angry with the mobile and wanted to hit it to the ground but money is coming in to mind.previosly i used arc s and c models but not faced any problems.DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH KIND OF PRODUCT FROM SONY & I WISH TO HEAR FROM THEM ABOUT THIS PROBLEM
I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

Hi i Have Purchase this phone on 31/07/2015 and till 20/08/2015 phone was working fine with out any issue but after that phone started lagging and also started giving touch issue and so check and took the phone to near by gallery on 28/08/2015 there did the software update on the phone and it was working fine till yesterday but today it again started giving the same issue .. plz help on this i have trusted sony and so this is my first Experiance with this company and dont want a bad one as i want to stick with the same phone so get a solution on this soon .... have u checked in safe mode ?
there must some app which you have installed causing the same . you have to check in safe mode.
if issue persisited in safe mode then you have to again visit the SC and asked them to check motherboard.
guys are you nuts?? we already tried in PC companion yet no good results...

Hi "Sony Support" I purchased this phone last 2 months. Well the performance is quite well in the beginning but now I'm facing this touch screen issue. You know, I expected a lot in your device, and I even chose Sony Xperia C4 over iphone SE because Samsung and iPhone is too mainstream nowadays. And I see Sony as an excellent choice, but now I'm totally disappointed because this is not the first error that I experienced with your gadgets. I hope that when someone complains about a problem in your device, you go work on it in no time. Sony have so many software problems today. I had problem with my game that freezes on PS3 and I've read that it was also a software problem. My uncle got a problem on his Sony phone, my friend's Sony Xperia Z1 too. They gave it to Sony Support branches and they said that the branch they went to requires more time, sending them to another branches, requiring them to change the parts even though the device is still fresh. PLEASE DO FIX YOUR SOFTWARE PROBLEM/TOUCHSCREEN PROBLEM on Sony Xperia C4 and PLEASE DO FIX ALL SOFTWARE PROBLEM complaints not just on Mobile but on every product you have, Sony. I already read some solution such repair software of sony xperia c4 using xperia companion, and i did have repair it, twice.
I even disable the glove mode as call centre advice me. Upgrade the xperia home as some forum and group talk. Baut still, i face the same problem. The screen still going wild some time with different frequent.
I already check the touchscreen on hardware analist, but when i checked it, its fine. But when use it in usual day, trouble comes, more and more. Please somebody help this up>>
Cab you tell me how to solve touch problem of Sony C4 please
My xperia c4 dual(e5333) (5.1 LOLLIPOP) starts to have touch problem after 3 months of purchase. Sometime touch is smooth and sometime change in to ghost mode(lol). Currently I am trying on different combination to check if it fix. I have uninstalled updated webview and it is smooth now. I dont know the exact issue but if the problem be more worse I will send it to the shop where I buy from. From now, I will not buy any sony product.
