This thread is for C3 users to report any bugs after lollipop, before you do so, try the following:

If your battery drain faster or the phone seems slower or apps are crashing, it'll be wise to reinstall lollipop with PCC

even better if you update deleting all the apps and settings, keep in mind that by doing so, you can not use the backup & restore app to restore anything.

Because of the limited RAM (1GB) the C3 won't get multi user support

Might as well give a sample.pic from the front cam, so sony could analyze the image info sir.

It could be quite helpful for the sony staff., cause the image info could provide such as ISO and other.

If the imagr info is fine then it's the camera software algorithm.problem

I would like to say something about my feeling. It is my second Sony mobile phone. The fist one is xperia mini. I got some bugs with the camera when I updated it to ICS.

After a few years, camera bug again!!!:smileyshocked:

First of all, I would like to thanks Sony giving lollipop update. However, the front cam problem is quite unacceptable.

After half years waiting for lollipop to fix the back camera,  I got the new bug with the front camera.

Finally, my solution is as following:

19.2.1.A.0.72 -> 19.3.A.0.470 ->19.2.A.0.391

After a long time waiting to upgrade my C3 dual, the result is I downgrade my phone. :smileylaugh:It is because the flash light of back cam is useless with 19.2.1.A.0.72.

Just like a dream.

Anyway, thank you Sony. At least you give me a chance to try lollipop. 

I will upgrade again if the camera problem solved.

BUT, I just wonder if there will be any update again!!

To upload first you must change the site view to desktop mode. Then there are option to upload pic when you select to post a comment.

Hi there is one bug for the dial pad as well.normally both the name of the Service provider is reflected in the dial pad. Some times it doesnt show. Instead of 2 it shows 1 with a small icon with no name. Sony should come out with a bug free version of lollipop or need to provide solution to go back to kitkat

I talked to the customer care..they said that only those who updated with wifi or data connection are facing problem. we need to updte with system. is it true? anyone here updated with system and still facing
problem???

No thats not true, i think. Becoz i did a clean installation by using flashtool and xperifirm.but even after that the bug persist.

i ve just bought it , god it has worst camera ever. front one i think ! is ok (im not sure) but rear cam is nightmare all iamge + video... im going to use 3rd party camera apps if it will be okay than i must camera software problem... also my screen dimms itself... and i think my phone is certifed for United Arab Empires...

"SW update" is the former “update center” which could be found from settings->about phone->SW update

"What's new" could be treated as the replacement for "Sony Select"

Is Sony trying to solve c3 camera problem. You should check it's hardware first
