@Chuchu34 the C5 is not waterproof, what did get wet? Just the touchscreen or are you telling us that the entire device was wet?
@AZ9 not sure what's the issue, are you trying to say that not all the touchscreen is working for you? Did you try to restart your phone in safe mode?
