SONY XPERIA C5 ULTRA DUAL IS NOT CHARGING WHEN CELL IN ON.

Hi, I am having a problem since couple of days. My sony xperia C5 ultra dual is not charging when cell is ON. When i turned cell fone OFF and plug in the charger its showing charging. I have reset my cell fone and try charging in safe mode also but in vain. is there any solution?

yes i tried but software itself not detecting the cell phone / model..

I installed this and tried also. This software didnt recognized fone.

In order for XC to recognize your phone, the display need to be unlocked and also be sure that the USB is not in storage mode.

My phone also same problem... While it is on not charging and battery also finish fast

Bring to authorized service (i hope you have warranty?) to check where is problem, in can be damaged smartphone which you bought
