Sony c5 ultra Battery & Touchscreen problem

hi there I am facing my sony c5 ultra battery,screen & touchscreen problem.

i got 2 C5 ultra one black unit & one white unit

2 unit the problem I'm facing its on below 

1.When I close my phone & charge to 100% then I on my phone the battery only show 95%-96% it's not fully charge

2.When I open my phone & charge to 100% then I close my phone & charge again the battery also show 94%-96% it's not fully charge

3.When I restart my phone the battery become higher percentage example like I use the battery left 55% then I restart my phone it become 72%..

4.Touchscreen response sometimes it's not smooth sometime it's ok...

5.White unit the screen it's not clear & quite blur compare to the black unit using same wallpaper & brightness with Engine Bravia 2 function On.

Anyway it's this software issue or hardware issue & what should I do???

Am also facing similar issue.everytime I restart my phone it shows battery at 1% and stays that way even after booting in safe mode

After send my 2 unit C5 ultra to workshop & comeback the phone still got the same problem ... is sony doing with my phone??? U can't even fix the problem... i just lost the trust on this stupid sony company..

Anyway im going to buy note 5 & s6 edge plus... to replace your stupid c5 ultra... & im not gonna consider your new product anymore even the sony xperia Z5 premium... after the c5 ultra no more sony for me....

Im going to support samsung..byebye...

My battery is having the same trouble, I charge it off to 25%, but when I turn it on I had 41% please help!

Touch interface is very bad.....even bad than a cheap phone....laggy keyboard...ar effect stopped working sometimes camera doesnt work....i hav paid so much money....for that sony product....it is showing its true colours after two days of purchase....WTH.....i dont know how iam gonna spend a year with thi so bad c5 ultra.....samsung producst are very much better than sony's.....ive wasted my money....

I am not a Sony employee but I switched from motorola, Samsung and LG.. To buy a Z3c.. Actually two of them, and then to the C5 ultra which is a very nice surprise considering its supposed to be a midrange device.

None of the issue are happening to me but as many of you are suffering of this kind of problems you will like to contact Sony directly rather than posting your concerns and venting against a "public" and "customers" powered forum.

It may happen to all brands to release a batch of defective devices, it's not just Sony's prerogative to have defective devices.

Contact your local Sony customer service center (be sure it's a real Sony one), explain the issue and ask to receive a replacement device.

Dirty fix is tu turn on glove mode in display.
Lower part of screen will then work even when phone is not in your hands.
