Did you try to move apps to SD?It seems that xperia c is able to do that.

guys disable the inbuilt apps such as chrome, google+ , socialife, line and such other waste apps which yu dont use. yu can download other browsers like firefox, safari opera with low memory and can save them in SDcard.

Device memory iss a serious nighmare in xperia C and sony is totally unresponsive...

Some tips to use...

--Disable and uninstall factory applicatiosn not being used

--use alternative application instead of factory set ones like instead of e mail applications in the phone , i have started used clound or K9 which is equally good

-remove memeory heavy apps and use less memory apps like google docs instead of kingsoft

-to upgrade when memory less, delete or uninstall the existing apps and then reinstall with new upgrade

Google is very adamant on using device memory only but the add on problem is Sony apps like movie and walkmen also not transferable and FB is another big one

You all can try one thing i.e. Clear cache of those apps which u don't use frequently. You can do this by going to settings--> apps--> show cached process and release cache from here by choosing the app. I hope this may help u all...

Hi People,

Kindly root your mobile and use link2sd app to solve this issue. Dont get frustrated with Sony. I am using this solution for a month and its working very fine. I am having 700 MB internal memory available after installing 100 plus apps.

for more details google link2sd .

Thanks and Regards

I was in love with my Xperia C until I couldn't receive emails cause the storage was full. Rooted my phone but still experienced the same issue. I was lucky to sell the phone for the price of a used Xperia Z. I'm loving the built in 16GB storage better screen, camera, speed and water resistant.

Sony. You disappointed us a lot. With your product Xperia C. I thought it was beautiful. But then it makes me wonder why I bought this phone. Same here. I always updating all those installed apps. Unexpectedly, mt phone storage space always running out.

you dont need to reset your device again and again , you have to clear apps, game data periodicaly . ( bcz although your app/game installed on external SD but data created by those apps are saved on phone sys memory)
