Hi,
I was constantly running out of space on my Xperia C5 Dual (E5533) with 11GB...
I then deicided to add an SD card in order to move some data to it. Among this data I moved all my pictures from internal storage to SD and setup the camera so that pictures are saved to SD.
This works but When I need to transfer pictures to my mac (OSX 10.10.6) using Sony Companion (1.7.2) I can't see the pictures at all.
Even if i tick the 'Show all pictures' tick box, I can only see edited pictures, but not the camera photos.
Howw can I fix that?

I don't have Mac and if say true i don't know how working everything in Mac and which possibilities is in it, but in Windows PC is enough to connect smartphone via PC with USB cable and you can transfer easily all yours pics in PC without using of Xperia Companion. You need just drag pics from smartphone (SD card) into PC. If in Mac impossible to do that (i read that in Mac isn't MTP), then you can try another method: simple remove SD card from smartphone (coz you siad all yours pics are in SD card memory) and insert SD card to Mac SD card (memory card) slot (how i understood Mac have SD card slot as Windows PC) - that's all, in this way you can easily with drag process transfer all yours pic in PC without Xperia Companion
Although I was primarily looking for a software solution I have to say that your idea works and allow me to transfer from sd to my mac.
Thank you for that.
However, as I'd rather avoid to remove the micro-SD from the phone, plugin the SD adaptor in the mac and then plug the microSD back in the phone again, if anyone has a tip to allow Companion to access the SD-Card, that would be really great!
Thanks.

Glad to heard that my idea for a while helped you. As i mentioned before with Mac operating system i did not had any experiences at all, so it's hard to say something about yours problem. But you can connect with local support, i hope they will help you to solve your problem to the end
Hmm... It now works again all of a sudden...
