Camera focus issue

Hey everyone!
I have Xperia C4.. Few months ago the volume bottom has some problems "hardware problems "so i took it to a store and it fixed it..but after that the camera hasn't been focusing at all..when i want to capture a picture it doesn't look at all clear.. If i capture some words i can't read them.. Please help me..is it hardware or software problem??

check the camera lens for scratches

Welcome to the community.

You can test if an issue is caused by third party software by starting your phone in safe mode. Based on the information you have provided though it sounds like it may be a physical problem. Please check for scratches on the lens as @uliwooly suggests.

I tried safe mode.. But it still doesn't focus..and how can I check the lens??

just look close at the lens to see if there are scratches

I looked.. There isn't any scratches..

You could contact your Local support to get it inspected.

this mass problem, every second of the purchased phone to have such a defect...

Hi,

Since last week i got my phone back from repairs (second time, first time my screen was damaged my own fault , second time the phone didn't recognise the sim card) but since then my camera doesn't focus anymore all pictures are blurry and look just terible.

Is there any solution to this problem ?
