I have xperia c4 dual phone for 1 year now
in the last month it is refusing to be connected to the laptop except for charging,
there is not box that appears to choose another option,
it doesn't show in device manger,
i tried to factory reset it using the code or from the settings menu yet this doesnot change.
I tryied to connect it to PC companigon to repair software it couldn't detect the phone,
I thought it was something with the socket but when I tried to enter recovery mode the phone only keeps restarting, it doesnot enter to recovery mode
i tried to connect it to flash tool but it is not reading the phone also.
no way to be able to get the computer (I tried different computers) to identify it not while it is on or in fastboot mode or when it restarts .
any help please...
