Sony BRAVIA KD55AG8 TV Black Screen, sound only

Hi

I brought the Sony Bravia 5 inch OLED 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart Android TV last month, my wife was watching it this morning changed channel then the screen went blank / black sound only, tried the resent etc, still the same. Brought from Currys they said talk to Sony , Sony closed today, as can’t see picture cant do any other resets etc

Any ideas

It happens to mine turning it off and on resolves it, but i don't know why it happens.
