Have a two-month old XR OLED TV and am repeatedly asked to sign in each time we open ITVX or iPlayer. Does anyone have a solution to this please?
Follow up to question: Referred to the Sony salesman where I bought the TV. No known suggestion but we decided to try doing a reinstall: Settings / Settings / System / About / Reset / Factory data reset - basically starting again as if straight out of the box. A long job but the problem is now fixed!! Hope this might help someone else - when browsing for a solution there appeared to be many people with the same issue.
