BRAVIA CORE - Unable to log in

Anyone else having issues? Obviously doesn't help if I can't remember log in details lol. Where I do go to get this resolved please?

@ParisShamrock, if you're facing this issue with this app only, then I guess only Bravia core support can help in this matter. Their email is: support-GB@sonypicturescore.com

Sorry to hear you have joined the Bravia Core loop, and I am sorry to say
that if you end up like me then nothing you will do will result in you ever
being authenticated to access Core. Best advice I can give is forget about
it , until next time you buy a TV and then remember this experience and act
accordingly.

I never received any help from sony to access Bravia core and I eventually
gave up. Very disappointed in a company that I had always regraded as being
premier in regards to equipment and customer service.

Lucky for me the TV actually broke within the warranty period and was
replaced and guess what the Bravia Core worked on the new TV. It's
obviously very buggy software and they have no fix and no intension of
providing one.

PS the replacement TV has now showing dark shadows on the screen, way to go
sony!
