My passwords are complex and have different characters, numbers, letters etc., but I am unable to find on my EN keyboard

is there any reason that this caracter is not included?

I think it is because they are not deemed as standard characters or fonts and are often seems when sending SMS messages as special characters however I would contact Xperia care to have this confirmed http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

On the keyboard press the 12!? Key. Now press and hold the ' key. Slide your finger up to access the grave accent.
