That look XZ Premium not using 10nm chip coz only Galaxy S8 / S8+ will using 10nm chip..

There's different clock speed both device using..

Galaxy S8 / S8+ with 2.35Ghz

XZ Premium with 2.45Ghz

Why is like that..??

Both of Xperia XZ Premium and S8 SD series use Snapdragon 835

Xperia XZ Premium is the first phone in the world that use 835.

The max standard CPU Clock Speed of 835 is 2.45 GHz. The companies set the speed that they need for their products.

The Samsung is probably clocked lower to match their Exynos systems

It seems that Exynos is faster than Snapdragon. Samsung build it's own chip though, so they might be inclined to optimize the in-house performances.

For a simple phone performance could not be so important but, because S8 can be used as a -more or less- desktop computer, maybe faster is better.

They are quite similar, anyway.
