I sent my phone back to sony for repair , Charger port fault , 4 days later they said , they had not recieved it , even thou i sent it next day delivery , then they found it , waited a week for repair , they then sent it back to me , it took a week for it to arrive due to a problem with the delivery , i found out what the problem was , damaged box , cracked charger and what i can only describe is a small black smudge top right hand corner of the screen , when it is switched on , yet again contacted sony care and they erquested pictures to sent , each time i sent , they never recieved , on the 4th occaation they got them , beeing waiting a further week for them to contact me regarding next step , ive been emailing them but nothing , feels like im hitting a brick wall here , cant believe how bad sony service is , they have a lot to learn from apple , sorry i wasted my hard earned money
