Driver for the SAA7134 based TV card

Hi,

I'm triying to use a third party TV caption software (called "Filme auf CD und DVD 2.0"). This seems to have some problems to record the sound with SAA7134 based cards. Other users solved this using an updated driver provided by their manufacturer.

I've just asked for this in the e-Support area, but they gave me the generic answer about unsupported third party software.

Does anyone know wich driver to use for the card? SiSoft Sandra told me that it is an ASUSTek TV card device ID 4830. My VAIO is a PCV-RZ102.

You really need to speak to the person who makes your TV card, as they know how to sort it for you more than we might know. They might well have a new driver for you.

As I wrote before, I asked the Sony Support. Sony is the manufacturer of this machine including all hardware, but they don't want to work on this topic while third party software is involved.
