No sound from arc

have a sony kdl46nx713 , just hooked up a sony str dn 1040 ,if im watching tv n switch amp on i lose all tv signal .

have a ps3 connected and a freesat box

also cant get bravia link too work , all hdmi control is set to on ( both amp and tv )

thought that all sony equiptment would easily link together

Hi there

Can you confirm that your HDMI Cable supports ARC functions - You need HDMI 1.4 (at least).

Also, can you confirm what devices are connected to what (eg. TV (HDMI1-ARC) > DN1040 (HDMI OutA-ARC) )
