Hi everyone,
I have an issue with Sony Bravia KDL-48W705C TV wich has a Netflix app accessible through a dedicated button on a remote control. This app crashes very frequently when I attempt to play video content. I have tried contacting both Netflix and Sony support and each side guided me through several different procedurs with no positive outcome. Does anybody else has a similar issue? I have the TV for almost two years now and I have the issues from day 1. I hoped this would be rectified by a firmware update but after couple of those updates the problem still exists.
