Sony Xperia L3 Camera problem in instagram and messenger

I have a problem with my phone when i want to make a insta story my camera make this

i try to clear cache uninstall app and hard reset...etc but nothing

bdw normal camera work but in app like instagram and messenger when zooming....

can someone help me to fix this?

I am afraid that the link you provided do not work. Do you receive any kind of error message when you try to zoom while using Instagram or messenger? Also, have you been in contact with the app manufacturers in order to see if they have a solution to this?
