The remote for my Sony HDD/DVD recorder (model RDR-HXD870) has a very handy group of buttons for controlling some functions on a TV .. described on pages 24/25 in the units manual.
This has worked in the past for a Scheider CRT model , however there seems to be no codes available that control new LG TVs.
I have looked in various manuals for other units that have this same feature at the Sony support webpages and found the codes 06 and 76 mentioned , but these don't seem to work.
Does anyone here know of any other codes that I can try?
