Hello,
I cannot register the product, after enter all details and all ticks on the screen, the Join button is greyed out. seems to be some issue on the website. all * information is also entered, the click button doesn't work.

does the form give any specific error message?
Have you tried adding e.g. a zero in front of the serial number?
If you can't figure out the issue with the form, i will escalate it to support so they can check from backend.

The issue is the model number here, it's supposed to be "WH-1000XM4" instead of " WH-1000MX4".
That said, the model number field has a built-in search and drop-down list function, so just enter "WH-1000" without quotes and pick the one that ends with a 4.

@moezsd Do let us know if that didn't solve it, you can also try a different browser or device if everything seems fine yet it doesn't work.
