Unable to setup INZONE Buds due to 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer app error - Any ideas?

Hello,

 

I've recently purchased some Sony Inzone buds for my PC and on the face of it, they are fantastic.

 

I am however unable to complete the setup for these as the sound field personalisation section of the INZONE Hub directs me to a 3rd party app "360 Spatial Sound Personalizer". I am unfortunately just met with an error when I try to login. There appears to be no way forward with this.

 

Has anyone got any advice, or am I just better off returning these and trying another brand / model?

Hi @jordan.tully10, the sound field is related to the 360 reality audio feature. If you're trying to claim your 360 reality audio promotion, make sure to follow the steps below: 

1. Go the 360 Audio reality website: https://www.sony.net/Products/360RA/FT/
2. Select the language and country and tick the terms and conditions box.
3. Once you click accept, select the music service, enter the code, then click on Submit.
4. You'll be redirected to the selected Music Service registration page to create an account.
5. Once you're done, download the desired the service’s app and login with the created account.

The code only works when a new account is created. It does not work with existing accounts.
