Poor telephone service

What a terrible service.  Held on the phone for 43 mins and got sent from pillar to post.  Not sales - oh not service go back to sales - what the hell kind of company is this ?

My telephone bill is now over £3 just on holding.  and thats me trying to BUY a product !

No happy with the service at all and what to register a complaint - how do I go about this ?
